


At the beginning of the training, I always worry before a competition and did not believe in myself. Also, I always looked at my opponents. But now I've learned to look only at myself to show what I can do. After the training I feel much more confident in myself and the pre-start anxiety is almost gone, and before a race there is no need to be anxious, but I think with more experience and continued use of the calmness techniques I have learned, I will be able to apply this anxiety in a positive quality.
