INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
This session is designed for individual athletes

Service Description
1. One or two sessions to assess the athlete's strengths and weaknesses;
2. Building an action plan with specific strategies for developing mental skills;
3.Evaluation of sport psychology intervention, based on training results and post-competition evaluation.
4. Pre- or post-competition sessions to develop specific mental strategies and then evaluate their effectiveness.
5. Some of the mental skills and tools that are involved in the training are:
- Menage with stress
-Confidence
-Concentration
-Setup for training and competition
-Arousal control skill
-Relaxation and energization
-Motivation
-Mental training, etc.
In many cases, individual athletes are at the centre of psychological preparation. Whether athletes train and perform individually or as part of a group or team, consultation with individual athletes is the norm. In these relationships, the goal is to understand the unique aspects of an athlete's performance "recipe," or those ingredients that contribute to a strong mental game.
